Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

We deliver products using Australia Post.

As of July 1 2024 Shipping will be charged at a flat rate;

Standard Tracked $18 in your Currency
Express Tracked $35 in Your Currency

We aim to get orders dispatched within 2 to 5 business days of receiving the order, however at times we experience a higher than usual workload so please allow at least 7-10 days before contacting us.

If you require an order for an event &/or require it urgently please select express shipping and let us know in the comments section at checkout and we will endeavor to prioritise it.

Returns:

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt. Refunds will not be provided for change of mind.
