How Our Orders Work

You've probably noticed our turnaround times shift around — that banner up top isn't just for decoration, it's a real-time read on how busy the workshop is. Here's the full story on why, and how to get your order to you when you need it.

Why the wait varies

We don't sit on a warehouse full of finished stock waiting to be shipped. Everything is made to order — when you hit "buy," that's when we start producing your order. It means a little more patience up front, but it also means you're getting something made fresh, not something that's been sitting on a shelf.

Because of that, how long your order takes depends entirely on how many orders are ahead of yours:

High workload: approx. 7–10 business days
Standard workload: approx. 5–7 business days
Low workload: approx. 3–5 business days

Need it by a certain date?

If timing matters for your order, here's how to give it the best shot:

Choose an express delivery option at checkout.
Leave a comment at checkout telling us the date you need your order by.

We'll do everything we can to make it happen. That said, we can't make promises — between production time and shipping, some things are outside our control, so please treat any date request as "we'll do our best," not a guarantee.

A note on supplies

Every now and then, our own suppliers run into delays getting materials to us — and when that happens, it can flow through to your order too. We keep a close eye on this and will always let you know if something's going to take longer than expected, but it's worth knowing this is a factor sometimes beyond our control.

The short version

We make things to order, current busyness sets your timeframe, express + a checkout comment is your best shot at a rush, we'll always try our best and always work with you —we're just not always in full control of all the elements.
